4. PURCHASING FROM THE WEBSITE
4.1 Placing an order
When you place an order through the website for any of our products, your order represents an offer to purchase those products selected. We will not be obliged to accept your order. If we do, your order may be accepted by us when your credit or debit card is debited or other payment method is cleared; and an email is sent by us confirming the order to the e-mail address you supplied to us with the order. (Please note that it is your responsibility to verify that your e-mail mailbox is in proper working order and is able to receive incoming communications).
4.2 Prices, Payment and Availability
All prices and charges on the Website are shown in UK pounds sterling and are subject to change. They do not include any delivery charges. These will be shown separately (where applicable) during the order process. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an order confirmation. The Website contains a large number of products and it is possible that, despite our attention to detail, some of the products listed on the website may be incorrectly priced. We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an order confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a pricing mistake.
Delivery will be made to the address provided by you in accordance with our delivery policy.
4.4 Returns and refunds
We will refund or exchange products which are damaged or faulty. Please see our refunds policy.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a right to cancel orders for certain items purchased from our website within a statutory cooling-off period. Our returns policy is 14 days from when the product was delivered. Products which may be returned must be new and unused and the item must be returned in its original pouch/packaging.
How to return
To cancel your order, please provide us with written notice by email in each case within the statutory cooling-off period and give details of the product(s) you wish to return.
5.1 Subject to any statutory rights which you may have, our liability to you will not exceed the price of any relevant product. We will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss or for any event beyond our reasonable control.
5.2 Any measurements provided are approximate only. We use every endeavour to ensure that colours are reproduced accurately. Colours may however vary as a result of your software or printer.
6. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS
Please sign up to our newsletter for information on upcoming promotions.
Discount voucher codes cannot be used during sale periods. These are valid on full priced items only.
7. SALE – PRICE MATCH
We cannot agree to price match items that have subsequently gone down in price after the purchase was made online. When purchasing an item in the sale, there is always the possibility it could be subject to further mark downs and we are unable to refund the price difference
8. SPECIAL PROMOTIONS
Additional conditions may apply as notified to you in the case of seasonal sales and promotions.
9. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW
These terms will be governed by English law. We will endeavour to settle any dispute amicably. If this is not possible within 30 days of the matter being raised, the matter may be referred to the English courts
