he products shown on our web site are held in stock at our shop in London.

We will normally therefore deliver your orders within 3-5 working days, although in exceptional circumstances it may take up to 14 days.

We use reputable carriers such as Royal Mail, Fedex and DHL. If you experience any aspect of your delivery service that you have not been happy with then we would like to hear from you.

Please understand that no delivery service is infallible and estimated delivery dates are therefore not guaranteed. Our delivery charges are based on weight, and your shopping basket will add shipping charges on this basis as you buy. The total charge for the goods with and without delivery will be shown in your shopping cart. The minimum delivery charge is £5.95 for UK mainland deliveries; excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.

Our carrier delivers between 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

You will be responsible for retrieving undelivered parcels. Please use an alternative delivery address if you are out all day, e.g. work.

Delivery costs and service outside the UK are available on application. You will be liable for all duties and levies payable at any foreign port as a result of delivery of goods outside the UK. You shall not be entitled to cancel your order on the basis of unforeseen duties or levies.

Refunds

We would like to you to be happy with your purchase. If however you find the product to be damaged or faulty we will of course offer a refund or exchange.

We do ask that we are notified in writing or by e-mail detailing the problem of any grievance within 7 days of your receipt of goods.

You will receive our prompt attention and be notified prior to the refund to your chosen payment card. We cannot accept responsibility for any item lost or damaged in transport and we recommend using registered post. We cannot be held responsible for returned goods being lost in transit without proof of postage. We will refund the return postage costs of faulty or damaged goods.

Your refund will be process in 5-10 working days.
