Delivery
The products shown on our website are held in stock at our shop in London.
We will normally therefore deliver your orders within 1-3 working days, although in exceptional circumstances it may take up to 14 days.
We use reputable carriers such as Royal Mail, Fedex and DHL. If you are not happy with any aspect of your delivery service then we would like to hear from you.
Please understand that no delivery service is infallible and estimated delivery dates are therefore not guaranteed. Our delivery charges are based on weight, and your shopping basket will add shipping charges on this basis as you buy. The total charge for the goods with and without delivery will be shown in your shopping cart. The minimum delivery charge is £5.99 for UK mainland deliveries; excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
Our carrier delivers between 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
You will be responsible for retrieving undelivered parcels. Please use an alternative delivery address if you are out all day, e.g. your work place.
International Delivery
Delivery costs and service outside the UK are variable depending on size and weight. You will be liable for all duties and levies payable at any foreign port as a result of delivery of goods outside the UK. You shall not be entitled to cancel your order on the basis of unforeseen duties or levies.
Online Returns
We would like to you to be happy with your purchase. If however you are not, we offer a 28 day returns period. If there are any faults or damages, we would like to be notified as soon as possible and would ask that any items are returned in their original packaging.
You will receive our prompt attention and be notified prior to the refund to your chosen payment card. We cannot accept responsibility for any item lost or damaged in transport and we recommend using registered post. We cannot be held responsible for returned goods being lost in transit without proof of postage. We will refund the return postage costs of faulty or damaged goods.
